We shipping Products exclusively with DHL

Important note: According to § 312 g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the right of revocation does not apply to contracts for delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

You may cancel or return your order within a period of fourteen days without giving any reasons. Lr Aloe Vera Shop guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section Withdrawal of Order, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been unsealed or the packages damaged. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods.

We Accept Returns only from EU Countries.

The delivery time don’t depend on us after we bring your package to Post Office. Normally the delivery time in Germany is 2-5 working days and in EU 4-10 working days.

No. We sell products exclusively online.

Yes. We Ship in Europe and Australia. We can ship also to USA and Canada but only Aloe Vera Products. Our High Quality Nutritional products are not approved from FDA because we don’t have Offices there.
